Event Details
Yoga is a practice of connection… connecting us to our more authentic selves and connecting people together into community. Join us for an open-level and vinyasa-based practice, with room for agency, reflection, and personal expression of the poses. This special gathering honors the summer solstice, inviting themes of light, renewal, and intentional presence as we mark the longest day of the year together. Please arrive at 5:45am, and find a spot. We'll get started a little after 6:00 am.
Yoga Instructor: Carrington Razook-Jackson
