Join us for an Author's Talk with Doug W. Tallamy, NY Times bestselling author of The Nature of Oaks.
Acclaimed conservationist and New York Times bestselling author, Douglas W. Tallamy, will be joining us at Dix Park to share his work, research, and advocacy around the importance of our living landscapes, the rich ecology of our most essential native trees, and how we can contribute to a more sustainable environment in our own backyards.
This event is hosted by the Dix Park Conservancy in partnership with Raleigh Parks and the Oak Folk Collaborative.

Tickets: This is a ticketed event. Tickets are $20 for general admission.

Currently, portions of Dix Park, including some areas where programs and events occur, have uneven surfaces and are not fully accessible. Restrooms: Accessible port-a-johns are located at the Big Field and Flowers Field. Indoor accessible restrooms are available in the newly renovated Chapel.
