Fuse your foundation moves with more advanced training techniques. This week, we’ll integrate more fab ab core training moves with foundation moves like squats, lunges, pushes, pulls and planks . Peppering in our quick paced cardio drills will be sure to make for one salty, sweaty workout!

Bring a towel and a filled water bottle. Water is not available in the park. There are port-a-johns available, but they may be a significant walk from the class location.
Registration is required as limited spaces exist. In case of inclement weather, we will email all registered participants. This program is free to the public thanks to Dorothea Dix Park Conservancy donors.
